Welcome to the 2023 4th International Conference on Mechanical and Electronics Engineering (ICMEE 2023). ICMEE  will be held in Chongqing, during October 14-15, 2023. The aim objective of ICMEE  is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering, signal processing, electronics engineering, telecommunications engineering, communication technology, computer science and information technology. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. The organizing committee of conference is pleased to invite prospective authors to submit their original manuscripts to ICMEE .

ICMEE  will provide an excellent opportunity for you to update your understanding, whether you are an industry practitioner, engineering or graduate student, or academic researcher in this field. After refereeing process, all accepted papers will be published by IEEE Conference Publishing Services, and all papers will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus and Inspec for indexing. AIP Publishing will provide online camera-ready paper submission system to save time and decrease the publishing cycle, and the full text is online available via the press platform.

The previous ICMEE conferences was successfully held in China, and all accepted papers from ICMEE were published and had been indexed by EI Compendex, Thomson ISTP and Elsevier SCOPUS databases.
